Tom Kintis

President

Tom is president CGK. With over 23 years of experience, Tom provides merger and acquisition, capital sourcing and general corporate advisory services to clients. Prior to founding CGK M & A Advisors, he was responsible for the mergers and acquisition practice at a Milwaukee-based boutique investment banking firm. Prior to that, he served as director of finance for Marquette University’s award-winning Campus Circle project. In addition, he worked at Reinhart Boerner (a large Wisconsin law firm) structuring and analyzing acquisitions, as well as assisting clients preparing business plans and obtaining financing for transactions. Tom brings actual experience to the deal having personally bought, started and sold companies in which he was the owner. Tom serves or has served on numerous community and corporate boards, including Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries (MBBI) the largest organization of merger and acquisition (M&A) advisors in the Midwest. Mark Albrecht

Principal

Mark is a principal at CGK M & A Advisors who has 22 years of extensive experience advising clients with middle-market Merger & Acquisition advisory services. He is responsible for providing clients with tax strategies and due diligence support throughout the sale process. Mark is a licensed CPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Email Mark at malbrecht@cgkib.com.

Michael Radtke

Michael is a manager at Chortek & Gottschalk, LLP, an affiliate of CGK M & A Advisors, and responsible for business valuations and advising on transaction structure from the seller and buyer perspective. Michael is a licensed CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst and a member of the AICPA& WICPA as well as the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Michael chairs the WICPA task force responsible for the annual A&A update conference.

Terry Wacker

Terry Wacker leads CGK M & A Advisors manufacturing consulting practice. In this capacity he assists clients with quality improvement, cost reduction, improving manufacturing efficiencies, outsourcing, and engineering projects. Terry has more than 35 years of manufacturing experience and a successful track record with international procurement, ISO 9000, PPAP (production part approval process), lean manufacturing, CNC machining, stamping, injection molding, and estimating.

Previously, Terry was the general manager of a large, privately-held manufacturing company where he was responsible for domestic and international sales, production, and outsourcing.  Email Terry at twacker@cgkib.com.

Lisa Rehbein

Associate

 Lisa is an associate at CGK M & A Advisors and provides merger and acquisition advisory services. These services include performing financial analysis, conducting industry research, preparing offering memorandums and management presentations. In addition, she also manages the firm’s virtual data rooms and web site.
